Founder
Ulrich-Leonhard Bogner is a seasoned financial services expert with long-term experience in Capital Markets, Finance and M&A . He has played a pivotal role in building start-ups and structuring a diverse range of financial products, earning multiple awards for his groundbreaking contributions to innovative financing solutions, particularly in securitization. Additionally, he has been active in trading financial markets and developing fully automated trading systems.
Ulrich-Leonhard completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, followed by a master’s degree in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Faculty of Law. This educational background has equipped him with a strong foundation in both legal frameworks and financial strategies, allowing him to navigate the complexities of capital markets, cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Finance (Crypto DeFi).
In 2024, he founded his own investment company, Bogner Capital Group GmbH, which focuses exclusively on investing in the field of Cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Finance (Crypto DeFi).
