Bogner DeFi HedgeHog App

1. How do I activate my HedgeHog App license?

Within 24 hours of payment, you will receive a license code via email, along with a login link to the HedgeHog Portal. Enter the code to activate your access.

2. Is the app moblie-compatible?

The app is browser-based and not optimized for mobile phones. We recommend accessing it via a browser on Windows or Mac for the best experience.

3. What is the refund policy?

Refunds are not possible after your first login to the HedgeHog Portal.

DeFi Coaching

1. What is included in DeFi Coaching sessions?

Our one-on-one coaching includes all topics covered in the DeFi Academy syllabus, taught at an extremely deep, hands-on level. Additionally, any specific requests communicated to us at least 48 hours before the session will be addressed.

2. What are the pricing options for DeFi Coaching?

Hourly Rate: €199 per hour (incl. VAT).
Daily Rate: €899 (incl. VAT) – a 10% discount compared to the hourly rate.
Longer-Term Coaching: Pricing is determined individually based on your requirements.

3. What is the refund policy for DeFi Coaching?

If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refunds will be issued. For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling option is available.

4. How do I prepare for a coaching session?

You will need to fill out our Pre-Coaching Client Form to outline your goals, experience level, and focus areas. This helps us tailor the session to your needs.
